Pocket Monsters Special is being released in the U.S. as Pokémon Adventures, Pokémon Adventures Diamond Pearl Platinum, Pokémon Adventures Heart Gold & Soul Silver, and Pokémon Black and White.  While the translation in the English version is mostly faithful, there are still quite a few changes that have taken place in the series' journey across the Pacific.
