Redrawn and digitally colored. The buildings in the background have also been tampered with.

In the original theatrical version, Mew flying across the screen here was a super cheap looking still image of the Pokémon sliding across the screen. In the Kanzenban, the Pokémon is actually animated flying around a bit.







The background is computerized.
