The speed and the order that the Pokémon come out are different in the Kanzenban. This scene is also digitally colored in the new version instead of being hand colored like it was in the theatrical one.

The Pokémon in the Kanzenban retain their detail even as they move way, way into the background.
The same cannot be said for the theatrical version Pokémon.
