Screenshots from the original theatrical version, taken from the Japanese LaserDisc release, are on the left while ones from the Kanzenban version, taken from the DVD release, are on the right. This whole shot got reanimated. Takeshi and Joy have been redrawn and are digitally colored while the background behind them is now computer animated. The camera moves around a little bit faster in the Kanzenban as well.
