A Blobo (Bu-ro-bo) is a mechanical device in LaRousse City. The block robot performs a number of functions, such as issuing out Passports, aiding people in the evacuation of the city, and defending the city. After Rayquaza breaks through the barrier Deoxys puts up over the city, the Blobo are put on attack mode, and thousands upon thousands of the little robots gather to overrun the city. After Satoshi bravely faces off against the robots, their system is rebooted and the robots return to their peaceful, docile state.
