In
Fuura City,
a town where people live together with the wind, a "Wind Festival" is
held once a year. It is said that long ago the people agreed to receive
the blessing of the wind when the legendary pokemon Lugia shows itself
on the last day of the festival.
Lisa, a female high school student and
pokemon novice.
Kagachi, a man filled with hot air who can't stop telling lies.
Trito, a timid researcher who doesn't have faith in himself.
Hisui, a strange old woman who loathes pokemon.
Largo, a mysterious young girl lingering about in the forest all by
herself.
Satoshi and Pikachu stumble upon the festival and run into these five
people. As each person and their partner pokemon is facing their
own
hang-ups and is unable to take any steps forward, they come together
and get the wheels of fate to start turning.
Will they be able to keep their promise with Lugia? And what is the
true identity of the mythical pokemon Zeraora??
Now, the bonds with everyone, people and pokemon, will cause miracles
to happen!
