"When I was playing Pocket Monsters Sword & Shield I figured Kibana would be a character who definitely goes on to become super popular. He's a Dragon Gym Leader, Dande's good rival, a delightful big brother type, and is just a cool guy, plain and simple. It's kind of charming how he takes selfies with his Smartphone Rotom in the games and since Gou's a child of the modern age I always wondered if he ever wanted to friend Kibana on social media!
