Pokémon 4-Koma Dai Hyakka (ポケモン４コマ学園), or "The Great Pokémon Four Panel Encyclopedia," is a series of four panel comic strips that's been running in one form or another since 1997. As of 2024 the series currently runs in in the magazine Pokémon Fan.
Like with the other four panel gag comics, Pokémon 4-Koma Dai Hyakka is not a long form story and is instead a series of largely unconnected comic strips. During the Red/Green/Blue days the gags tended to be centered around the human characters but the focus shifted over to the Pokémon themselves from Gold & Silver onwards.
The manga is written and drawn by Takahiro Yamashita (山下たかひろ). Mr. Yamashita also works on a similar four-panel Pokémon series, Pokémon 4-Koma Gakuen (ポケモン４コマ 学園).
