I finally got this comparison done! Click here to read the new comparison for "The School of Hard Knocks." It's not 100% complete, but there's enough left to let you guys know what's going on.

Since I'm now finished with the first disc of the DVD boxset, I'm going to go through and make some last minute changes to these first nine comparisons before taking a break with some more recent stuff. Could a comparison of "Following a Maiden Voyage" be far behind?

Hey everybody! I'd also like to say a special "hello" to everyone who may have gotten to this website through the link that was put up with Daizenshuu EX The Podcast. If you haven't heard it, you should head over to the site to hear them respond to an e-mail I wrote about fans of Pocket Monsters and the way everyone abandoned the Japanese names as soon as the English names were released.

For everyone else, I feel like a bit of an explanation is in order. On Friday the 13th, I got an e-mail inviting me to New York to attend an interview for a job where I'd teach English over in Japan. So instead of working on this website, I spent the next week planning for my trip and finding the cheapest way possible. I think traveling from North Carolina and spending three nights in New York for under $300 is pretty brag-worthy, in my opinion. Anyway, I've been focused entirely on that for the last week or so, hence the lack of any updates for this site.

I got to see a little bit of the big Diamond & Pearl release party on Sunday, but honestly, there were too many people there for me to really bother with it. I mean, waiting in line for a half hour just to get into the thing? Screw that. I did get to kind of peer into the crowd and see a few things, like the giant balloon Dialga/Palkia, but I didn't really participate in anything. My favorite moment of the whole thing has got to be the part where I saw this college-aged guy with a "Male Escort Service" shirt posing in front of Pikachu and Hikozaru for a picture in front of the Pikachu car. Good stuff.

I have to rush off to work now, but I will have an actual content update tomorrow. I PROMISE.

I know that parody trailers for the movie 300 are everywhere these days, but I just had to link this video that Daabomb3018 posted on YouTube yesterday. This is a really good Pokemon AMV, which is a rare find indeed since the overwhelming majority of them are utter crap. Click on Mewtwo below to watch it.

I'll try to come up with an actual content update tomorrow.

Long time no see

Sorry for taking so long with this comparison...parties, Easter, an addiction to Godzilla movies, and Tales of Symphonia are all to blame. I'm back, though, and I finally have "The Path to the Pokémon League" ready for you guys. I've also added two new episode titles to the Japanese episode list. Enjoy!

I wanted to make some more bios, but posting April Fools updates on the second is lame, so I just archived everything instead. I hope you guys enjoyed it!
