"Today's Hoopa" (きょうのフーパ) is a feature on the official website for Pokémon the movie XY "The Archdjinn of the Rings, Hoopa" and "Pikachu and the Pokemon Band" that shows pictures of "Hoopa" taken at various locations.  I guess the idea is that it's what would happen if Hoopa had its own Instagram account..?
