The seiyuu's names are listed in alphabetical order according to their family name.  The names are listed family name-->familiar name, which is the opposite of the way names are listed in the United States.  Also of note is the way I convert the names from the Japanese script to romaji--for the longer vowels, such as in the name Ishizuka Unshou, I use the letter u to signify the longer vowel.  So if you're searching for Ishizuka Unshoh (another common way to turn the name into romaaji), you won't find it.  To find any name or character voiced quickly, I suggest Windows users to CTRL + F and type in the name to find what you're they're looking for.
