Whenver a website posts an FAQ section, it's usually because the webmaster feels that there is enough reason to do so.  Perhaps he gets a lot of e-mails with the same questions over and over.  Or maybe people constantly make assumptions that just aren't true. 

Well, all of those reasons are why I'm doing an FAQ section.  Hopefully, it'll set some things straight about Bleach, myself, and any other questions you may have.  I realize that a lot of people don't really read these things (I never read them whenver I go to other people's websites) so I want to thank everyone who takes the time out to read this. 

Are you a boy or a girl?

I get this question a lot.  To set the record straight, I'm a male.  I was trying to figure out why so many people had questions about it--is it because I use too many emoticons?  Or maybe it's because there are a lot of "Yay!"'s and "It's so cute!"'s throughout.  I dunno, but I have been working on that so that my gender won't be as ambigous anymore.

What anime have you seen?

Oh lordy...that's a tough question.  I've seen a lot--off the top of my head:

Ah! My Goddess, Akira (God, I hate that movie), All-Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku, Ayashi no Ceres, Barefoot Gen, Battle Angel, The Big O, a little bit of Blue Gender, Blue Submarine #6, Boys Be, Card Captor Sakura, Cowboy Bebop, Cyborg 009, Dragon Ball, Dragon Half, Final Fantasy (the one based on Final Fantasy 5), FLCL, Fushigi Yuugi, Galaxy Express 999, Ghost in the Shell, all the Gundam shows they've shown on Cartoon Network, Here is Greenwood, that Iria anime they showed on Sci-Fi channel, Inu-Yasha, The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, Kikaider, Lupin III, Macross Plus, Magic Knight Rayearth, Mahou Tsukai Tai!, Metropolis, Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, Naruto, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Oniisama E, Outlaw Star, Perfect Blue, Pocket Monsters, Princess Mononoke, Ranma 1/2, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Rurouni Kenshin, Sailor Moon, Serial Experiments Lain, a little bit of Sonic X, Tenchi, Trigun, Vampire Hunter D, Vision of Escaflowne, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Yuu Yuu Hakusho.

Oh yeah, and some dinky anime called "Bleach."

And I've got Love Hina in my "to watch" pile. 

If you consider that some of the above titles include different series (Sailor Moon covers five, and the Gundam shows cover about the same number), it's a lot. 

Do you live in Japan?  Are you fluent in Japanese?

Nope.  I live in the good ol' state of North Carolina in the United States, and as far as I know, I don't have a drop of Japanese blood in me.  I had tried to teach myself the language while in high school (my high school didn't offer Japanese--you only had Spanish and French to choose from) and in some parts I succeeded.  I taught myself hiragana and katakana, which is why I could translate some little stuff for the site, and it really makes my Japanese classes in college a lot easier.  My handwriting was terrible, but my Japanese class has helped me improve that. 

Where do you get your Japanese episodes from?

Eh...I really shouldn't say.  I admit that I do use fansubs, but since they're not exactly legal and all, I'm not going to offer any links to enable you to download your own.
