Overview: The Super Smash Bros. series continues on the Wii U! The Wii U version, which will come out a bit later than the Nintendo 3DS version, will have the same character roster as the 3DS version but will feature different stages.

Pikachu, Lucario, Lizardon, and Gekkouga have all been confirmed as playable characters. Lucario and Lizardon will be able to Mega Evolve. In addition to the Monster Balls that we've come to expect, Master Balls from which only legendary pokemon will appear as well.
