Sirnight ex Sirnight ex Ability: Psychic Embrace
As often as you like during your turn, you may attach a Basic Psychic Energy card from your discard pile to 1 of your Psychic Pokémon. If you attached Energy to a Pokémon in this way, put 2 damage counters on that Pokémon. You can't use this Ability on a Pokémon that would be Knocked Out.

Miracle Force (190)
This Pokémon recovers from all Special Conditions.
Letto ends the turn by having Sirnight ex use its "Miracle Force" attack.

The attack deals 190 damage to Retto's Zekrom ex.

Voltage Burst (130+)
This attack does 50 more damage for each Prize card your opponent has taken. This Pokémon also does 30 damage to itself.
Retto ends the turn by using Zekrom ex's "Voltage Burst" attack.

Retto's opponent's taken four Prize cards by this point, so the attack does an additional 50 damage for each one. So, 50 x 4 = 200, and then when you add that to the 130 damage the attack does originally you get a total of 330 damage dealt.

The attack is enough to Knock Out Letto's Sirnight ex.

The attack also inflicts 30 damage on its user, bringing its HP down to just 10.

The Pokémon ex rule means Retto's earned the last two Prize cards he needs to win the match.

The next day, Letto suggests they play another match using the "Black Bolt" and "White Flare," only this time with a specific set of rules. Retto agrees, and the two start off a new match pitting two Reshiram ex against each other.

Notes
In Round Two we see Letto use his Bowl Town Stadium Card to add a Shaymin to his Bench, but then this Pokémon is never seen again for the rest of the chapter. Later, a full view of all of Letto's Pokémon can be seen, and the Shaymin seems to have been swapped out with a Ralts, somehow. No explanation of how any of this could have happened is provided in the chapter itself. It's possible the artwork in this first panel was meant to be that of a Ralts card but somehow got mixed up with a Shaymin card instead.

Letto places a Shaymin card on Page 113
On Page 118, Shaymin is suddenly gone, and a Ralts seems to have taken its place.

Similarly, Retto's Miraidon ex somehow manages to get three Basic Electric Energy cards attached to itself despite there not really being enough turns in between the time it's placed on the Bench and it using its "Photon Blaster" attack.
