The Pokemon Ranger and the Prince of the Sea, Manaphy manga adaptation is written and drawn by Mizobuchi Makoto (溝渕誠). She debuted as a manga artist in 1999 and has been doing manga ever since, most of which appears in the monthly manga anthology CoroCoro Comics.
