Translation
The goal of the following translation is to present the meaning of the song in a competent, coherent way.  It is not meant to be an English version of the song that can be sung along with the melody.

The "ro" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for "romanticism"
The "ke" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for "keeping it classy"
The first "t" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for
"Tryin' to say we're not evil?
Take a load off and come on in!
To be honest Pikachu's too strong Nya~"
And so on!!

We're sent blasting off as we say "ya na kanji"
And when we look down we see how small the Earth is
The forests and the mountains and the Pokemon
Are all one and the same~ Ii kanji!

Where are we going to land today?
Let's eat something to get ready for tomorrow
If we look up we'll see the shimmering moon
And then when we catch each other's eyes we'll all start to laugh Waahahhahha~

We are the indomitable Rocket-Dan
We even pull one over on crying children...the Rocket-Dan

The "to" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for "totally cool!"
The "da" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for "dangerously delicious dumplings Nya"
The final "n" in "Roketto-Dan" stands for "Nng heave ho!"
"Nng heave ho!" "Nng heave ho!"
'Nd so on!

We're looking up as we say "ii kanji"
The Kaimon Straits, Moji, and Shimonoseki1
All the adults and kids and little ankle biters out there
Will all be rounded up "So prepare yourselves!" (Sonansu!)

We failed at this and at that
Let's get some sleep to get ready for tomorrow
If we look up we'll see a shooting star pass by
And when we try to make a wish on it we'll bite our own tongues (ow!)

We are the indestructible Rocket-Dan
And we'll follow Pikachu wherever it goes

Musashi of the Rocket-Dan is "really an actress!"
Kojirou of the Rocket-Dan is "a bottlecap collector!"
Nyasu of the Rocket-Dan is
"living like a human but Nya is actually some kind of scratch cat Pokemon Nya"
"Is that so?" "So~nansu!"

After saying "ya na kanji"
"Eat humble pie" "Eat humble pie" "Food!" "We'll drink to that!!"
Ladies and gentlemen
Let's move forward with a new look on life

Today's losses were just because of bad luck
But tomorrow the goddess of victory will smile down on us
If we look up our tears will dry up
Not that we were even crying or anything

We are the inseparable Rocket-Dan
We can't do it on our own

"If we're asked about this or that" "It's up to the world whether or not we answer"
"To prevent the world from being destroyed" "To protect the peace of the world"
"To carry out the evils of love and truth" "We, the lovely and charming villains"
"Musashi" "Kojirou"
"The Rocket-Dan who holds up the galaxy are the two of us"
"A white hole - a white tomorrow is waiting"
"What they said nya~" (So~nansu!)

Translation Notes
Because of the way the Japanese language works "Rocket-Dan" is actually written out as ロケットだん, or Ro-ke-t-to Da-n.  Those six syllables therefore become the basis for the parts of the song that talk about what each letter of their organization's name stands for. Other translations you see online change those six Japanese syllables to six English syllables (Ro-c-ke-t Ga-ng) or into letters of the alphabet (R-O-C-K-E-T) but I've decided to leave the Japanese syllables as-is for my translation.

1)  Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojirou, the two samurai who the Rocket-Dan's Musashi and Kojirou are named after, had their famous duel in the Kanmon Straits between Moji (on the Kyushu side) and Shimonoseki (on the Honshu side).  This line is a reference to that battle. The reference was also brought up in Rocket-Dan's first song, Rocket-Dan yo Eien ni, making this a sort of reference to a reference.
