Dogasu's Backpack | Lyrics Archive | Pocket Monsters Songs

This is the second ED to the Jouto League episodes and features some of the littler pokemon (like Togepi, Pichu, Nyasu--the ones most people think are cute).  The song talks about how one pokemon feels bad and how some chain of events cheer them up.  It's a pretty peppy song.

The middle two parts of the song are sung REALLY super-fast.  It's about as fast as the Dragon Half ending theme.  I have NO IDEA how someone can sing that quickly, and I had to listen to it over and over to make sure that what I typed matched what she was saying.  It wasn't easy!  Also, whenever they say "Pichu" in this song, they draw it out and pronounce it "Pi-chu-u." Mew's Bubble has a translation of this song.
